The staff were amazing and super helpful and resourceful. Always going above and beyond with a smile. Our room was also upgraded and we were offered a free alacart dinner. Totally awesome stay

There were mosquiotes at the reception at night. The hotel can put in measures to reduce this.

Lovely stay

The hotel was amazing, reception stuff were nice people and also the guest relations. Big thanks to Mustafa, George and Mina from the Main Dinning room during breakfast, lunch and dinner they always made sure we are happy and if we needed anything. Bar guys were amazing in the pool spoiled us so good ! Special thanks for the General Manager he also checked up on us daily. Gina She was nice on the phone but I was surprised she didn’t say hi when we arrived :/ Overall we were happy and definitely we’ll be back.

A lot of mosquitoes, the food was okay not the best food but it was fine. The housekeeping staff didn’t do a very good job sadly we asked many times to make the room and after like 4 hours of waiting it was done and not so clean especially the bathroom and bed sheets they were only folding the bed not changing the sheets!! And Mirror was dirty.

Superb short stay at Kiroseiz Parkland

Firstly thank you to front office managers Michael and Hany who kept excellent communication with me before and during my stay to help my stay run smoothly and for taking on board feed back suggestions from my previous stays to improve some customer service details which helped out a lot especially allowing outside taxis to come into the grounds past security to pick up or drop off directly at reception to avoid what used to be a 100m walk to/from security gate. Thanks to Madonna on customer relations desk during my stay was very attentive also arranged a complimentary dining and cake for my friends birthday which was an added touch of great service. Good variety of choice of food all round, 2 buffet restaurants to dine in and 2 themed a'lacarte Indian, seafood restaurant to dine in at a cost unless you booked 7nights or more then you get a complimentary booking for free. Always something being cooked on the grills outside also, BBQ chicken, kofta, burgers, pasta station, fresh flat breads, kebab wraps, pizzas. 2 private beaches, one with coral and fishes but need to walk along shortish pier type walkway to get to see the fishes and sealife and its straight into open water from there so have your floats if your not a strong swimmer although lifeguard on hand with a float ring to assist if you dont have floats. The 2nd beach is a flat calmer Sandy beach that you can walk straight into but no fishes in abundance to see here. Both beaches provide snack food and hot & cold beverages and local Bar drinks between 12.30 - 2.30 if you are All Inclusive package. The Onsite aqua park was great with variety of 9 slides to choose from with one particular thrill ride. Nice place to also relax as has loungers and bar area with snacks like pizza. Also a seperate younger children water area. Deluxe rooms are situated on ground floor and were fully refurbished since I last stayed last year 2024. Spacious and clean. Beds comfy enough for a good sleep.

Minor detail, heated pool could have been warmer. Didn't feel heated at all toward end of Stay where outside temperature dipped (stay was mid march). Beginning of stay was hot 33c but toward end of stay it dropped to 22c which may not seem too bad for some but if you have been used to 33c for 3days and your body does acclimatise whilst out here then the 10 degree drop in temperature to 22c is noticeable regardless of what temperature you were getting back home especially when there is a breeze blowing when you are in and out of the water. Possibly pool supervisors can check weather forecast weekly so they can adjust heated pool temperature accordingly on daily basis. It wasn't hoodie weather for me coming from only 12c in the daytime back home but even the locals had hoodies on toward end of week so pool temperature would have dropped also if not heated.

if you don't have an all inclusive bracelet the attitud of staff change completely, and during a late check out they charge you same rate as an all inclusive but without the benefits of it

Was a good experience. Loved it being all inclusive.

Lots of entertainment, food and drinks. The waterslides were great. The vendors on site to book excursions was good to have. You can eat at buffet on either side of resort. Each buffet has different themed dinners each night. The market called Mango down the street has good selection of things you may want to buy for your stay or to take back as memories.

The music at swimming pool was definitely too loud. Taxi is not allowed inside. The towel card system was annoying but they hope you lose it so that you have to pay.

Good hotel, waterpark on a good location

we really enjoyed our stay here, they made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived and no any request was too much hassle for them. The staff are amazing, Nader at the bar behind the waterpark, Eslam at the pool and Max at costumer relations just to mention a few, but also the entertainment team is amazing and the New Years Eve party was just sensational! Waterpark is great, generally food is good and the hotel and pools are looked after. The hotel is on a good location, shops are walking distance and Nama Bay, Old Market and Soho is a short drive away. We are looking forward to return.

Wifi is a bit hit or miss, and only limited snack is available between 10-12:30. (parent of two teenagers here)

There are no shattaf in the washroom which is very inappropriate.

Breakfast was good, many options available. Freshly prepared eggs and pancakes were great

Lunch and dinner had beef and chicken but no mutton dishes. Even the veggies were not much delicious, lacked flavour, very bland.

Good

Nice aqua park with many slides, the staff is really nice and tries to help you in any way possible. Overall nice hotel with nice facilities, it is good value. The savory food was good - we enjoyed the variety of salads, mezzes and meats etc. The shuttle buses to the beaches were really convenient and nice.

They should put mosquito nets to the doors and windows of the rooms. We didn’t have a single mosquito net so we were bombarded by mosquitoes every night. When we complained to the reception, they said they could spray the room but that is only a short solution as the next day the mosquitoes would come up again. They should employ more staff who are able to speak English. It was really difficult to communicate with the reception staff. I think they should improve the quality of the desserts - we didn’t like the majority of the desserts.

Really lovely resort but just poor service from staff poor cleanliness

The facilities of the resort are really amazing The Private beaches are really good The aqua park was a blast for the kids The pools were really lovely

The service was really poor The room cleanliness was really disappointing We had to beg and wait hours for clean towels every single day The Taxi services available at the resort are a clear means of exploiting the guests They don't allow any outside taxis into the resort but the taxis available in the resort charge exorbitant prices. And then even if you arrange a trip with a foreign taxi therefore entry to that taxi meaning all the guests with luggage have to walk outside It's absolutely ridiculous

Good

The resort is loving, the space the pools and aqua park option is great. Food was not so bad, i believe they can fix it by considering multiple nationalities travelling to their resort and cooking different types of cuisine to meet everyone expectations.

The staffs working on the front desk and staff responsible for shuttle service, has no manners in answering the customers. My experience was quiet bad, when i have to deal with the employees working there. I can't recall the name of the employee but he stands on the entrance wearing red polo. who is taking care to guide customers using there free shuttle service, upon questioning him, if the bus has arrived which is going to take me to coral beach, he replied me rudely saying you can go out side and check by yourself.

Great vacation with a hotel that has lots to offer!

It was very nice stay and the all inclusive buffet always had something new to offer! Was a really cool experience. The staff at the restaurant, the staff from housekeeping (Ahmed), the staff at the pool (Mohamed and the sports' ladies from Villains entertainment) and bar (Bassem and Mina) are really awesome people that make your stay so good! The buffet was awesome at every point of the day.

The amount of information you receive is not always enough or accurate. However, the staff does a great job at explaining when needed. The reception staff tries their best, but they are not very nice and are not very responsive to requests. At checkout, please keep in mind that you need to wait for housekeeping to clear the room, which in our case meant around 15 minutes of stressful time with a taxi waiting outside until the reception 'cleared us'.

The swimming pool area and the squid games with belly dance and night shows, dining was good

The bathrooms were not comfortable no jet sprays, no soaps and sanitry bags, no tooth brush and tooth paste, the ac was not working properly, the beds are too high and uncomfortable, we prefer carpets in the rooms, also, no irons no room slippers, no proper dustbins and plug outlets, the breakfast was ok, need to have some different cuisines for lunch and dinner most of the items were same nothing new experiments, no Arabic, indian, italian, american food, no fast foods to try
